My Dream and my objective will come true soon...

Wal-mart Group InterviewLast week i had received the group interview annoucement from Wal-mart Global Procurement, so that i come to Kerry center which is one of business area in Dongmen to interview. Before i been to interview, i also have alreeady done briefly reviews and collected some information from the internet. As the candidate said wal-mart is a world classic retailer therefore all the discipline and management here are strict and precise, whereupons, it is the first time that i suffer such formal and public interview. As i have been to Kerry at 10am, i found that there are 7 candidate and all of them are teenages who are dressing looks in my ages, but it is amazing when they introduce themselves after we came to one of the meeting room. It is Room 8, when i came in i found that there are a big table that can be sit for 10 people, but one thing made me nervous and surprise - there are 5-6 supervisors are sitting behind the table, well, we sat down in terms of the name card showing on the table. Ms. Zheng is acting as a organizer to organize and coordinate the interview, well, the supervisor are sitting behind to listen during the whole interview. First of all, the group interview is divided into 3 parts. Part 1. Briefly introduce yourself - As i have mentioned above, one thing made me feel that is amazing - All the candidates came from abroad, and all of them have oversea studying experience, furthermore, they are introduction made my quiet impressive due to all of them the oral English speaking is only can speak excellent English, but also really fluent. That made me feel that i am the worst one among them>_< Part 2. Ms.zheng ask some questions and we need to give our ideas and suggestion individually. Well, this time i found that some of them are really done it well with excellent oral and mature suggestions. Godddd- -!!, i also found that i am the worst one. hu~~~~~~~~~~~ Part 3. Group discussion - A project to indicate our organize ability and brainstorming which is the most significant thing to give suggections and to express how you communicate with your team member (Team Spirit). Well, the performance for my result you may guess, ummmmm.......i need to improve myself especially in oral speaking as well as talk in English fluently, and the other important thing is the vocabulary, neeeeeeeeeeed to immmmmmmmmmprove!!!!!
After the expreienced interview, i realize my lack and disadvantage compare with other oversea candidate, so that it is said that the oversea student is not rarity in neither in Shenzhen or China, in particular, there are over than 10,000 oversea student in Shenzhen, as a result, the abilities and skills are quiet important for us to demonstrate when we are in the interview, and another vital thing can be proved is that you salary and your work position is accord to your ability.
I do think i will be successful in the future.
A little bit complainAs i have recieve my first month salary slip from Ping An Bank, i found that this job is not as good as i thought b4. Well, actually, most of the career at present are considered as a formulation which is basic salary+ deduct a percentage from a sum of money and this money is the bonus from your operated work, i will talk more about that later ... and the basic salary is too low for you to accept. Let's assume that one oversea student jux being graduate from uni, and got a job work in a international affairs Dep., and your duties include to contact with oversea consulate and work as a translator to get further communication to foreign enterprise, Well... what u think the salary will be>_<...one month b4 i thought that it may be 2000-3000 basic salary, however, i found that the truth is hard to believe, whereupon, i only got 1300 in my practising period, wow... it is amazing that is so hard to accept. What i think the job is more acceptable for senior investor or one guy gotta over than 28 and have related work eperience, coz this job to is free to get "extra money" which is deduct a percentage from a sum of money in your operation, In chinese is hard to talk operation but i think it is a little bit like bonus, u need have a strong and firm relationship with your customer and one more essential condition is you should have customers. This point is hard to our graduate therefore we will have no bonus and jux gotta maybe 2500RMB a month.... ummm....what you think this money level to a student who have studied abroad.. However, most of the people may say " you jux come into the society so that what to learn is more important to your salary. Cool, i dont deny this words and i am agree with you as well, but...to be a young people demand to change a higher salary job is reasonalbe and i think i am a oversea student i will worth at least 3000 - 4000RMB a month, and this is the aim for me to hunting for next job. At this moment, i dont no what job i am going to apply, why? coz i dont what to work far away from shenzhen to a factory and work as a engineer who will go to work on Mon and back home at weekend, what a terrible live it will be, certainly, i think the salary is corresponding to be higher, but i will be work as a prisoner....ahhh.....i like to work in the city and contact with friends or meet friends conveniently. As a consequent, what i wanna to express is i am not going to find a job relative to my subject result in i dont no what kind of job i can apply>_<..poor.... Today jux have feeling to write in my poor English coz i found that i haven't use it for a long time only in oral speaking^^, talk ....talk....talk.....dont forget your advantage and what u have learned when u studied in UK.

創業近来发觉身边的所有朋友都在谈创业, 对啊,个个都不愿意打工,都不愿意面对底薪,都不希望被人管! 再加上给创业红人--马云,丁磊等人的鼓励下... 许许多多的大学生,特别是应届大学生,刚刚出来就打算想创业,想自己创出个天地出来...
于是,男人与男人之间,坐下来,除了以前经常谈的女人,钱,将来等之外...出现了创业这词 确实创业对大学生来说确实很吸引,给人感觉就是找个每人做的项目,吃几年苦,好好干,几年后就能发达领高薪! 首先80后的大学生,都比较个性化,特别是不喜欢给人束缚,又喜欢做轻松的工作,又个个都想做总裁,最主要的是都想要高薪!!! 但创业前就出现了个BARRIER,问题就是做什么?创什么? 就这个问题就足以让在座的想到无语了...
近来接触了一个朋友,他说想做饮食,比如开间类似8+8外卖的连锁店, 可是开在那里,应该怎么管理,费用如何处理又变成瓶颈了... 首先加盟费用就需要几十万,其次材料机器费用就也要10多万,再+上店面装修又需要5-10万,而且还要给员工薪水,这样算起来真的不是简单的想开几个月后看看再算.....怎么说都需要拿50万来搞,可是万一搞砸了可就血本无归了! 但是年轻人嘛...不怕失败..不怕苦累...倒了就当积累经验!试想有多少家庭能拿出50万给你去儿戏?而且创业都最求低成本,完全不是高资本投资,而且也非长远. 所以个人觉得创业其实什么都可以搞,问题是如果去搞,不知道怎么做可以去学,就是要面对问题,要有毅力和耐性!但最主要的还是要成本低,主意新!
我不赞同大学生刚刚出来就去创业,因为我觉得入社会都需要一个过程,首先从大学出来就需要经过社会的洗礼,在社会上找份工磨练磨练几年,等自己积累出第一桶金的时候再出手,这样才自己更加会觉得珍惜及努力!

今晚在KUGOO上 随便听了几首TOP10的日文歌 觉得好好听吖~~~和韩语歌比起来, 日语歌我真的比较喜欢 呵呵.. 可能是个人从小比较日本的缘故吧 (愤青同胞们别骂我喔, 我不是崇扬日本, 只是日本好的地方,我们确实应该学习,不应该老是盯着历史,虽然历史是绝对不能忘却的,但是我们要学会"师夷长技以自强", 人要往前看嘛 !)
这几天忽然感觉又有点回去WOW里面了, 记得在UK回来后,我和自己说不再玩WOW了, 因为她毁了我一生最重要的东西之一,所以我觉得用身边丰富的生活去遗忘她, "她, 就是你的老婆," --记得朋友有这样和我说过, 可是...新版本出来了,确实有点吸引人,毕竟也很久没玩了,这2天进晃了几下,结果- -!!! 马上招到父母的不满,还好我现在对她也没有像以前那么狂热了,可以限制住自己!
今晚不写多, 因为太晚了, 希望大家继续支持我^@^
